Not Started / Assigned
The device has been fulfilled by one of our Operations Centres but the tracking has not been started by the user. The devices may not be with the customer yet, you will need to check the order status for further information on when device delivery can be expected. The device will have a data check-in every 24 hours/1440 minutes.
Tracking
The button has been pressed on the device and it is actively tracking as per the device config or user profile settings.
Returning
The button has been pressed to stop the tracking. However, the device will automatically stop tracking when the device battery level reaches 10% - can you check the device data to check if it was user input or battery level that caused tracking to end. This status does mean the device is returning to a Hanhaa Operations Centre, it still may be with the customer, you would need to check the location of the device to determine this. The device will have a data check-in every 3 hours/180 mins.
Completed
The device has been scanned back into a Hanhaa Operations Centre or entered a Consolidation Geofence. Consolidation Centres are preassigned points in the return process where we accept the device is with one of our postal partners.
Replacement
The device has been with the customer for more than 90 days. The clock starts ticking 90 days from the date of delivery. A replacement fee is added to your account
